You need a starter, but you don’t have its part number. Maybe you don’t know where to look it up, either. That’s where we can help.
Start with your engine’s model number. We use that to look up which starter your engine calls for and help check whether the one you’re considering is the right match.
When you contact Outboard Parts Warehouse, send us:
- Engine manufacturer
- Engine model number
- Serial number if it’s a Yamaha or Mercury
The important part is the information, not a picture. You can type the numbers into your message. If taking a clear photo of the engine’s identification tag is easier, that works too.
