Refund policy

Returns

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we do not accept returns for any reason. If the item you received is damaged or not functioning properly, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the item is returned for any other reason, such as a change of mind, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us @ Sales@outboardpartswarehouse.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the return process and ensure a prompt refund or exchange.

Powerhead Purchases

For powerhead purchases, please note that the warranty applies only to the powerhead itself. Accessories that may be included with certain powerheads are provided as-is and are not covered under the warranty. Any accessories included in the sale are offered without guarantee or warranty coverage.

Order Cancellation

Please be aware that once an order is placed, we do not typically offer cancellations. If you decide after checkout that you do not want the item, a 15% restocking fee will apply to cancel the order. We encourage you to carefully review all photos and descriptions of the item before making your purchase.
